Vintage Universal - Cambridge Ohio china plate for a small child, very heavy, with cute little bears in fancy hats and clothes. This is 7 1/4" in diameter.
This is worn, with glaze crazing and some staining and discoloration. No chips or cracks, and the little bears are nice and bright.
