1930s vintage Jewel roses pattern Plymouth silver plate cream ladle, International silver plate

Vintage Plymouth Silver (International silver plate) cream ladle in the Jewel pattern, circa 1938. This is a rose floral design down the center of the handle.

It's very tarnished but doesn't show any particular wear to the silver plate. A nice small serving spoon for sauces or condiments, these little serving spoons are always handy!
