1930s vintage opalescent glass table lamp, round globe boudoir lamp base lights up

1930s or early 40s vintage opalescent glass lamp, made to hold a light in the base. This is so pretty!

It's about 13" tall to the top of the light bulb socket - boudoir lamp size, perfect for a night stand or vanity table.

The glass lamp base is in very condition overall, and the wiring works fine. The cord looks to be a replacement, so it's probably been rewired at some point.
