1930s vintage original oil on canvas board, artist signed still life peonies floral

This is well done piece of amateur art, signed as shown, dated 1939. We love the colors, and of course almost everyone loves peony flowers!

It looks like a canvas on board, 15" x 20 1/2" over the painting, 17 1/2" x 23" over the wood frame. It's in good condition, looks fairly clean overall.
