How to Paint (houses), 1938 book from Sears Roebuck, bungalow kit home

Old 36 page booklet from Sears, on choosing paints and painting your home. We love the illustrations, particularly the tiny bungalow on the cover (a Sears kit home?)

This has a little wear, and a tear to the paper cover. It's nice and clean, I don't think its ever been near paint.
