1940/1950s vintage sign and stencil company advertising order pads w/graphics

Lot of four old mid century advertising order tablets or note pads from a sign and stencil company. These pads are from Merchants Stamp & Stencil Co. Inc., Chicago, Illinois and have great graphics.

They measure 8 3/8" x 5 3/8" and are about 1/4" thick. They have some yellowing to the edges from years in storage.

These pads are from the 1940s or early 1950s as the phone number given on the tablet is Randolph 6 - 8785. This format of phone number was discontinued in the early to mid 1950s.
