1940s vintage Homer Laughlin soup bowls gold filigree border pink apple blossom floral

1940s vintage set of Homer Laughlin china soup bowls 8 3/8" across the rim. These are all in excellent condition without chips or other damage, no visible wear.

Replacements dot com calls this pattern L621, but Homer Laughlin's own number marked on the back is J52N8. Whatever.

I'm calling this floral 'apple blossom', looks like apple blossoms to me! The gold border is the real show here, very wide gold filigree lace, lovely very shiny gold edging trim. I don't believe these have ever been used.
