1940s vintage Lodge cast iron pan marked 4, two notch heat ring bottom nice & flat

Vintage cast iron pan marked 4, an unmarked Lodge, I think. This measures 7" across the rim of the pan (at the round, not the spouts).

This has the heat ring on the bottom, and that lovely fine grained metal, silky smooth. There's nothing made as well as these old cast iron pans, even the best pans made today don't quite compare.

It's been used, but the pan is nice and flat (see photo with the ruler on the bottom). Probably needs cleaning and re-seasoning, but I'll leave that up to you.
