1940s vintage Porcelier china teapot or coffee pot, sailboats sailing

Heavy cottage style china tea pot or coffee pot, vintage Porcelier ironstone with sailboats design. It's about 7 1/2" tall overall, pot and lid. There's a chip to the inside rim of the pot, but overall this looks very good, and is quite usable yet without cracks or staining.
