1940s vintage covered casserole bowl w/ pink roses floral, cottage kitchen cookie jar

Pretty pink roses pattern casserole with lid, 1940s vintage, W S George china. I'd use this as a cookie jar!

This was never used, it's clean and nice inside and out without staining or crazing, no chips or cracks. Just a little light wear at the rim of the bowl from where the lid fits.

This is a good deep shape (about 3 1/4" deep). It's 6 3/4" across the rim of the bowl, 8 1/2" across the handles.
