1940s vintage kitchen tools, utensils w/ green painted wood handles

Lot of three green handled kitchen tools - these all show age and wear, but they're cute and collectible still.

There's some rust spotting to the vegetable peeler. The flat whisk has loose ferrule (handle is firmly attached to the tool). And I'm not sure what the hook is for. It looks to me like a rug hooking tool, but it was in a kitchen drawer pile with the other two!
