Vintage Westmoreland milk glass hen on nest, marked (both hen and nest dish) with the Westmoreland WG mark. Measures 7 1/2" long across the length of the basket.

I was told this is 1950s vintage. The red enamel comb looks good, all original without paint wear.

This one has few tiny chips to the inside edge rim of the basket, where the lid fits. Hard to see, I've shown them in the photos.
