This has never been laundered, and is in excellent condition. This fabric (and many others that I'm listing) came out of the estate of 98 year old quilter and avid fabric collector.

It's the largest collection of quilting fabrics I've ever seen, all carefully stored, most labeled with the year it was purchased and the original price paid, 30, 40 or 50 years ago.
