1990s vintage cotton fabric, tiny print hats on purple, whimsical Mary Engelbreit style

This is the stiffest un-softest VIP / Cranston I've ever seen, but I'll forgive the cotton quality of this fabric on account of this super cute tiny hats print! Wouldn't this make wonderful hat bands? Or maybe even a crushable cotton hat? It's 45" wide, over 1 yard of fabric in very good condition, never laundered.
