1990s vintage made in China porcelain trinket box, in the 'Limoges style', with a French country look floral. It's about the size of a goose egg, 3 3/4" tall overall.
The china looks excellent, but there's a little spotting and few dabs of old glue on the metal edge and hinge, probably original to manufacture.
