20s vintage flapper evening bag, emerald green velvet purse w/ french clasp

Antique green velvet evening purse with lovely old frame... we didn't see a marking on this, though we think it's probably French. The shoulder chain or ribbon is missing, but aside from that, this looks very good, nice and clean inside and out. The pouch measures 6" x 4 1/2".
