30s 40s vintage hand stitched quilt, cotton print fabric flower garden patchwork

Lovely old hand stitched quilt, an octagon flower garden with pretty peach border.

This looks to be all 1930s-40s cotton fabrics, very soft, a little worn and faded at the edges, but carefully sewn, beautifully made. Size is about 72" x 86" overall. We saw no holes.

It has a few spots, and it's a little foxed and / or  discolored in areas. We haven't washed or soaked this - it's just as found out of a large collection of quilts from an Illinois farm estate.
