30s vintage medical book w/ eye chart, healthy eyes without glasses

1936 medical book with full sized vision chart, all in very good condition (though former owner's name is marked on the endpaper). It's two Richardson titles in one volume - Healthy Eyes Without Glasses, and Health Without Drugs.
