40s 50s vintage tied comforter quilt, red white blue nautical cotton print fabric

Whole cloth 'tied quilt' comforter with a really great old cotton print fabric front and back, a nautical print in red, white and blue. The fabric is nice and bright without fading.

This measures 72" x 84" overall, it's a little lumpy over the filling in a comfortable sort of a way. It's been used but looks good overall, no particular fabric wear or spotting, though it smells a little stale after 60+ years in a box in a closet!
