40s vintage border print cotton fabric, lady feeding chickens print

Cute, cute 1940s vintage cotton fabric with a lady and her hens! It's 1 1/2 yards down the bottom of the border, 36" wide fabric.

The very top of one corner (not along the border, it's just in the dotted print part) has a 4" x 5" block trimmed out. Otherwise this looks very nice, clean, and colors bright.
