40s vintage china platter, old Mexico theme decal, Mexican pots and cactus

Unmarked 1940s vintage pottery platter, USA made china dinnerware with a Mexican theme - Mexi Canarytone? Tiajuana Knowles? Homer Laughlin? It's about 11 3/4" long across the handles, trimmed in red.

This shows are little wear and scratching from use, but no chips or cracks, and the color is clear and bright.
