50s Japan vintage Blinking Xmas Tree, battery operated Christmas toy

Cute vintage made in Japan battery operated Blinking Christmas Tree in original box from Relco. The box has the original price (98 cents) marked in grease pencil.

This has chenille greenery with tiny lights and holiday decorations on brick print metal litho base. The base is made to hold the batteries, and it's clean and never been used. The entire piece measures 6 1/2" tall overall.
