50s vintage mini angel ornament Christmas decoration, hand painted ceramic Napco or Holt Howard?

Tiny angel with sweet hand painted ceramic head, chenille stem arms (still holding her star wand!), wire and tulle skirt and wings. Obviously made in Japan, but there's no marks or labels on this that I could find.

She's about 2 1/2" tall overall. Head shows very little wear to the paint, but the white net of her skirt and wings in a little discolored from age.
