60s vintage yellow tole shade lamp, wall mount counterweight adjustable pull down hanging light

60s vintage counter weight (counter balance?) wall mount lamp with yellow and black tole lampshade. The painted metal is in good clean condition, showing very little scratching.

This holds a single socket, and measures 14" in diameter across the metal shade. Works perfectly, though there's some age and yellowing and paint spots to the cord.
