70s 80s vintage stretch belt, dress or sweater belt shiny gold tone scales on elastic band

Fun, very retro ladies belt, 70s or early 80s vintage. No tags or labels on this one. I love those shiny gold tone scales!

It's about 28" to 30" waist size. THIS ISN'T SUPER STRONG STRETCHY I think that's just the way it was made. Not a super snug cinch, just a little stretch. It's a dress or sweater belt, not meant to hold up your pants!
