70s vintage poly knit fabric w/ deco style print, sophisticated ladies in cloche hats

Cute but weird print on this 1970s vintage polyester tricot fabric - it's a little slinky and a little stretchy, maybe nice for a top?

Measures 60" wide, over 1 yard. Condition is very good, no fading or discoloration.
