80s 90s vintage hand stitched cotton patchwork quilt, spools of thread pattern

1980s or 90s vintage hand quilted patchwork quilt, spool of thread (spools? reels?) pattern in all cotton fabrics. Cotton backing fabric too, over poly batting. No label remaining, I think this is probably made in China.

This is a square about 78" x 80". It's been used, and has a few unsewn seams (see photos).

This has spots and some slight yellowing at the edges and on the back, which I've tried to show in the photos. I haven't washed or soaked this, and I think a good soak would help a lot!
