80s vintage Chinese hand stitched cotton patchwork quilt, star pattern candy pastel colors

Pretty, pretty 80s vintage patchwork quilt, hand quilted - just the remains of a label remaining, probably made in China. This is a twin or full size, 78" x 86".

It's been used, has a few light spots and just a little fading, hard to notice on a piece with soft colors like this. Fabric is sturdy and supple, no rips, fraying or holes.
