80s vintage miniature Christmas train NOEL candle holders hand painted wood ornaments in box

Made in Taiwan dated 1983, vintage N O E L letters Christmas train candle holders set. The train itself doesn't look as though it was ever used (so clean), but the original included candles are melted from years of storage. There's some wax spots to the box, too.
