80s vintage posy vase lapel pin, hand blown glass vial for flower or small nosegay bouquet

80s vintage lapel pin vase, to hold a flower with a little water to keep it fresh. This is new on the card from Two's Company, never used. The card has a little shop wear and a few spots.
