90s vintage cotton fabric, border print floral on black, red tartan plaid English country style

This is a fairly stiff cotton fabric with a less than luxurious feel to it - but the print is to die for! It's 90s vintage, with that early Ralph Lauren look.

Fabric is 45" wide, 3+ yards down the length of the border.

This is in excellent condition, crisp and clean, never laundered. It's been carefully stored away with a hand written tag pinned on showing the year it was purchased and the original price paid, many years ago.
