90s vintage cotton fabric, checked plaid print clover green & white, country cottage style

4 1/2 yards of 45" wide cotton fabric, a little heavier than most quilting fabrics. It's a green on white PRINTED plaid. Very nice!

Cute for a dress or romper, or for curtains or pillows, etc..

This has never been laundered, and is in excellent condition. This fabric (and many others that I'm listing) came out of the estate of 98 year old quilter and avid fabric collector.

It's the largest collection of quilting fabrics I've ever seen, all carefully stored, most labeled with the year it was purchased and the original price paid, years ago.
