90s vintage cotton fabric, tiny teddy bears print for crafts, sewing material

1990s vintage cotton fabric with teddy bears print on blue. It's 44" or 45" wide, 3 1/2 yards, never laundered.

Selvage is unmarked, this is a low-end cotton with a less than luxurious feel! Good craft fabric, or for linings? It's a little stiff.
