90s vintage cotton velour fabric with snappy stripes in red and royal blue - this is a soft knit, not super stretchy. It's well over a yard of 62" wide (flat, not a tube knit) material, in very good condition. Cute, retro punk style. Great for a crop top or t-shirt style design.
