90s vintage cut crystal decanter w/ stopper, Poland or Bohemia lead crystal liquor bottle

This is a heavy cut crystal decanter, 1990s vintage, probably Czech or Poland, very beautifully made. No marks or labels, though it's lead crystal, with a great clarity and 'sparkle'.

This measures about 14 1/2" tall to the top of the glass stopper. It's been used, has no chips or cracks though could use cleaning.
