90s vintage fabric, stretch black velvet w/ sheer burnout, silver embroidery

1990s vintage fabric, burn out velvet in black with metallic silver embroidery. The sweep of the design runs on a bias.

This has a good drape and a little stretch, not sure of the fiber content, sorry. It's 48" wide, 8 yards in very nice clean condition.
