90s vintage real fur large collie dog, statue or figurine (not a toy) made in China

Large (10" tall) collie dog made with real fur, made in China 1990s I think. This is equal parts cute and scary, with the little teeth, and yellow eyes. Condition is very good - this doesn't shed as much as my real dogs!
