Amish kavli covered basket, handmade repaired vintage basket w/ nice dark patina

Here's an old Amish kavli basket out of an estate in rural Wisconsin. This measures about 14" x 8", sized like a small picnic basket or large lunchbox

This one has seen a lot of wear, and has been mended as shown. Still functional and sturdy though there's no hinge and no closure. It was well made.
