Blackbird Patrol, early 1900s vintage childrens book, historical story fighting the slave ships

Early to mid 1900s vintage (no date that I could find) children's historical novel set around a British Navy ship going after the slavers. Lots of inscriptions (1960s and 1980s) on the endpapers, and pages are yellowed. Otherwise in good condition with paper dust jacket.
