Burns Mfg Syracuse vintage serrated stainless knives butterscotch plastic bakelite handles

Set of six vintage table knives with beautiful handles - plastic or bakelite? One has a faint blue mark or stain, see photos.

The blades are in excellent condition, I don't believe this set was ever used, though the ferrules show age and / or finish wear. Blades are marked Burns Mfg Co. Serrated-Stainless, Syracuse N.Y.
