Buttercup yellow mod floral International stoneware salad plates 70s vintage dishes made in Japan

Set of six vintage stoneware salad plates 7 1/4" in diameter - Buttercup - Country Living - International China - Japan. These are marked Detergent Proof (dishwasher safe) and oven safe.

Five of these plates have never been used, but one plate is terribly stained and crazed. So - I think NOT really very oven safe, certainly not for the broiler!

Five plates of this set are in perfect condition, and I would suggest no oven use, to keep these vintage dishes nice. I put my own International stoneware through the dishwasher and it's never had a problem with that.
