Challenge Mfg Batavia Illinois old metal wheel kneeler or rolling scoot seat

Interesting little piece here which we don't know a lot about! It's out of a farm sale, and we think it's probably a handyman's scoot seat or rolling kneeler to work in tight spaces.

The cast metal seat is marked Challenge Mfg. Batavia Illinois... we've heard the name before as a manufacturer of windmills, and never knew they made anything else.

This is small by today's standards, just 12" x 8" overall, very low. A couple of nimble people here have tried it out, and it does work!
