Dorothy Thorpe wide silver band mid-century mod vintage glassware, bowls & plates

1950s vintage Dorothy Thorpe silver band clear glass dishes - this is a set of four dessert or salad bowls 4 3/4" in diameter with small underplates or saucers (about 6 1/4" in diameter).

The silver is tarnished on all, but these pieces are in remarkably good condition overall. Very little wear or scratching to the silver, glass appears to have no real wear a all. A lovely set, hard to find!
