Vintage Dr Robin testing and diagnostic tool for Robin generators made by Fuji Heavy Industries, Tokyo Japan. Fuji Heavy Industries is known today as Subaru Corporation.

It appears that this tool has most of the functions of a regular multimeter and can measure
voltage: 0 – 500V AC

Frequency: 25-70Hz

Resistance (ohms): 0.1 – 1,999 ohms

Capacitance 10 – to 100 microFarads

Insulation Resistance 3M ohms

I’m not sure of the exact vintage, I believe before 2003 when Fuji Heavy Industries adopted the Subaru logo and definitely before 2016 and the Subaru name change.

This is in good condition, tested working as shown. It measures about 7 1/4” x 4 1/4” x 11”.
