Dresden lace china girl figurine, antique Germany crossed swords mark

Old German china figurine, a little girl in 'lace' skirts, very detailed and beautifully made. This has a crossed swords mark, and stands a little over 5" tall.

This piece has serious damage - the little girl is missing the tips of her fingers on one hand, and her skirt ruffles are broken away to nothing on one side.
