Dresden style vintage German pierced china bowl, hand painted floral garland swags bows

Large (9 3/4" in diameter) Dresden style pierced china bowl in very good condition without chips or cracks. I was told this is German, though I haven't been able to track down the makers mark.

I believe it's early to mid 20th century vintage, hand painted, unsigned. Needs cleaning as it has gathered years of dust, but the paint looks as pretty as the day it was painted as it hasn't suffered from too many dustings!
