EAPG antique glass decanter bottle Empire or Mardi Gras pattern blown & pressed

1890s vintage blown and pressed decanter bottle, very clouded. I haven't attempted to clean this at all, and don't know if it's permanent damage or just minerals which might clean up. It's otherwise nice, without chips or cracks.

Pattern is Duncan's 'Mardi Gras' AKA Empire, a rib and fine cut design, very heavy. It's about 9 1/4" tall, has no stopper.
