EAPG antique milk glass plate w/ open lace edge lattice, hand painted morning glories

1890s vintage Challinor, Taylor &Co pressed glass plate, white milk glass with wide lattice border. This is beautifully painted with morning glory floral, very Victorian.

Plate measures about 10 1/4" in diameter, large and heavy. The paint looks excellent without damage - the glass plate itself is showing some age (no chips or cracks on the lattice, but some wear and rough mold lines on the foot).
