EAPG turn of the century vintage pressed glass cake stand, stars & bars pattern

Early American pressed glass cake stand, turn of the century vintage or perhaps a little earlier. This is a 'stars and bars' pattern, not sure of maker. This one does have a chip (hard to see, but quite large, easy to feel).

It measures about 8 3/4" across the rim of the plate, stands about 4 3/4" tall. Nice and clear, displays beautifully yet at about 125 years old.
