Festive Wreath Mikasa Christmas candy canes glass dish, footed bonbon or tiny cake plate

Mikasa 'Festive Wreath' pattern pedestal plate. I believe this is sold as a candy dish, but I think it would make a great little cake plate! It's about 8 3/4" overall diameter (would hold a 8" cake). Condition is excellent - no original label, but no signs of use or damage.
